Mission Statement

The Standardbred Pleasure Horse Organization of Florida, Inc.
encourages retraining, placement and promotion of the Standardbred horse
for pleasure purposes before, during and after harness racing careers. Further,
the Standardbred Pleasure Horse Organization of Florida serves its members and
community by providing education and prevention of cruelty of animals through
foster care programs, in an effort to save these horses from undue slaughter.
