Just starting to lose skin on the tail area




Now starting to lose skin on the side. At this
point the back felt hard like a turtle shell.




The skin on the back is starting to come off. It has died.






All dead skin is off and it is healing beautifully.
All the pink surrounding the burn is new soft skin.
It heals from the outside in.




Here's Macy in her bangages.
I always had different colored bows in her hair and the team
at Metro would match her bandages to her bow every time.
They were great!




All better!! We threw the bandages away on this day after 3 long
months of care! Notice how the skin is dark now around the center.
No hair will ever grow back.




This is the team that cared for Macy.
